I wanted a probiotic that felt easy to take every day and did not make my stomach act weird for the first week. I used this probiotic for a little over two weeks, mostly in the morning with breakfast and a few times with lunch when I forgot.What I tested: daily digestion, bloating after heavier meals, how it felt the first few days, and whether the added prebiotics made it too much for my stomach.What I noticed: no weird cramping, no gross burps, and no “too strong too fast” feeling, which I have had with some other probiotics. I have been struggling with BV for years and constant UTI infections if I’m not careful. Being on antibiotics so many times depleted the “good” bacteria and kept exacerbating the issues I was currently having, so I had to consider alternatives to restoring the normal flora. This is an excellent prebiotic. You take 2 pills a day consistently and I noticed a major difference after just 3 days. Discharge has drastically gone down (apologies, but it’s true) due to not having to overwork itself with almost non-existent levels of bacillus to keep it healthy. Swallowing the pills is not difficult and they are within a normal range of size (I do not like taking equivalents to horse pills). I had zero negative side effects, it did not make me sick to my stomach or nauseous. After years of trying different methods, proactiveness is the way to go with women. 3 days is unheard of for me and I was so happy to see how effective they are and how easy they were to swallow for a reasonable price range. Every woman should be on probiotics as a staple for women’s health regardless of whether you struggle or not.

After being 15 years postmenopause and never doing any type of hormone replacement, my doctor talked me into trying an estrogen cream to help with dryness and frequent UTI’s. Unfortunately, I had a really bad reaction to the cream and had to stop using it after only a week. My doctor then suggested probiotics, of which I had tried years ago to help with digestion/constipation and it didn’t help, but I figured it’s worth a try.I just finished the full bottle of these Kinvera Probiotics and here are my thoughts. The pills are average sized gel caps and easy to swallow. When it comes to combatting dryness, it’s not a miracle cure but it certainly helps. It’s not going to make you feel premenopausal down there, but I did notice a difference in moisture and I haven’t had a UTI nor symptoms of dryness while taking these, so that’s a definite plus.The biggest improvement I’ve noticed is in my digestion. I have always dealt with chronic constipation, but not anymore. Everything is soft and smooth, so much so that I haven’t taken any stool softeners for the last couple of weeks.It did take a couple of weeks of taking these before I noticed any improvement in both digestion and dryness. Since they seem to be helping, I am going to order more and add it to my daily supplements, so yes, I do recommend these.

I recommend reading up on those to better understand how they all work together.The quality seems to be decent, and the pills are easy to swallow. I would say they’re average size, if not a touch small.These don’t have much of a smell, but they do have an aftertaste that I don’t love. I take them with coffee to help kill it. -It isn’t the worst thing I’ve ever had, but it isn’t the best. I do expect this with things like probiotics, so it is what it is.They didn’t upset my stomach or cause any weird reactions.You are supposed to take 2 capsules, so this is about a month’s supply, and for the price, I think that’s fair. I do think you’re getting a good value for your money. (Breaks down to about $0.40 each).These are manufactured in the US, so I believe the list of ingredients is accurate, and I’m not getting some strange filler.In terms of results, these work as well as any of the many others I have tried, so for me, it really comes down to who has the most affordable price when I need to reorder.One thing I didn’t love was that they stuck the barcode sticker right in the middle of the label. -Why? I’ve been using these as suppositories as well as taking them orally for the last several weeks. I started with just 1 per day vs 2 because different pre and probiotics can affect your gut differently and I didn’t want to end up with a rumbly gut right off the bat.Immediately, I noticed a change in smell for myself and it was a good thing. I’ve been battling a mild bacteria imbalance, not enough to cause a yeast infection or BV, but enough for a mild change in scent that isn’t unpleasant, but just different. These corrected me to my normal, natural smell! That’s a fantastic change because it means the bacteria are colonizing properly. That’s an instant win for quality.Longevity, I go 2-3 days between dosing without an issue and I do love that these are shelf stable. It’s a lot easier for me to remember to take them without having to go downstairs to the fridge. I keep these by my bedside.These are also small capsules which is another win. I have not noticed any type of after taste or taste from burping or gas.So far, these are a win-win!

This is now my second supplement from KINVERA. I was very happy with their ACV supplement so when this vaginal probiotic supplement popped up I was more than happy to order it. As I get older…59…I try to help my body by supplementing.There is no smell when opening the bottle.Capsule is pretty much the standard size.Lot # and expiration date…02/2027 stamped on bottom of the bottle.While there are 60 capsules in this bottle the serving size is two capsules so you get a month’s supply.I like that this is a supplement geared towards women. In many instances what women need for their immune system is completely different than what men need.I have been taking this for about four days now and have experienced no side effects and no aftertaste or changes in taste. Supplements like this can take several months to work and many times the results are not even something you notice…you just do it because studies show it helps your system.This is also non-GMO which is mandatory for me.This company uses both GMP and third party testing which is a MUST for me. You do get what you pay for…this is one of those times.All in all a good clean supplement I feel good about recommending.
