Feeling less tired
I just started taking these NMN capsules. They are easy to swallow and so far so good. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. I wouldn’t say that I have a boost of energy yet but I do feel less tired during the day so that is helpful. I’m glad that it gives a little peep in your step but not rocket to the moon. I don’t like taking caffeine because it makes me jittery. I have no jitters with this so far and no issues falling asleep at night. So far so good. I look forward to see what other benefits this brings.

I don’t know that I can attest how much difference I feel taking these. I have taken some time to get through them before reviewing. I feel as though it’s hard for me to tell what they’re doing positively or not. However I do feel fine after taking them, I don’t have any weird side effects and maybe this is in parts of the fact that I’m not too old yet. I thought I would give them a try to see if I saw any better boost in my metabolism or helping with my fatigue but I admittedly have been taking several supplements so it’s hard for me to pinpoint whether these were the ones that helped or not. Good price, I’m happy with where it is manufactured at and the quality of the product.
