This supplement from Primal is great. It’s third party tested and from a GMP facility. There’s 180 capsules and the suggested dose is 1 capsule up to 3 times daily. It has 800mg of L-Glutamine in 1 serving. Just what I wanted and I consider this a good value.My bottle of L-Glutamine arrived fresh, shrink wrapped & safety sealed.

Good quality
Overall, these L-Glutamine Capsules are of high quality. They have an average dosage compared to other capsules but are weak compared to powder. The majority of other brand capsules range from 500mg to 1000mg. At 800mg, these are in the middle. However, the majority of powder is 5000mg, or 5 grams. If you prefer capsules over powder, these are a good buy.

Beneficial supplements to add in your daily routine!
I am a huge fan of L-Glutamine and take this supplement daily for my needed amino acids and over all immune and digestive health. I received Primal’s L-Glutamine in a double sealed bottle with no damage or any signs of tampering from outside sources. Upon opening the bottle, I found no weird odors or damage like melting of any gelcaps. The pills themselves are a good size and easy to swallow with no aftertaste or unpleasant digestions issues or side effects. I like how there are not a bunch of additional unneeded ingredients in each capsule. Expiration date is well in the future past daily allotted intake of 1 capsule per day. Overall, I am pleased with this product and the company Primal for their supplements and will order from again.

Great to add as a recovery
These glutamine pills are great for those who hate the hassle of scooping additional products into their post-workout drinks. If you are taking any post-workout recovery supplements, you may not need to implement this in your regimen as it may already contain an ample amount. I generally take glutamine in powder form as an addition to my post-workout smoothie so pills are not always necessary. There are days I forget to add it when the blender is already going, so these make consistency a bit easier.

I like that on the bottle it states that these Primal L-Glutamine capsules are third-party tested and manufactured in a GMP facility. On this product listing page it also states that these supplements are crafted “in an NSF certified facility”. But there is no NSF claim or logo on the actual bottle, nor was I able to find this supplement on the NSF search site. And I wish the bottle stated where Primal manufactures these supplements. If they are made in the USA that should be stated on the bottle, because that would give more people confidence in this product. None of the digits in the expiration date on the bottle that I received were stamped well. I couldn’t read the last digit of the year at all.These supplements are tasteless but large, and may be difficult for some people to swallow. The pricing is in line with other Glutamine supplements in capsule form.As with most supplements, there can be side effects when taking L-Glutamine. Always research the supplements you plan on taking for side effects, and possible interactions if you take medicine; or ask your doctor.

Easy to take, convenient. Great value.
I take glutamine to help with my digestive system. I usually use a powder version mixed into my water, but wow, this is WAY more convenient, way less messy and tastes better. In fact, I couldn’t taste it at all. The capsule is super easy to swallow, and you can take more or less to get the dose you’d like.There are a ton in the bottle, so depending on your dose, this bottle could last for months. It’s a great price for that amount.
