Also great for metabolism support
I’ve been taking this for general metabolic support so just one is enough for me – meaning I get 60 servings from one bottle. It’s a good type of choline (bitartrate) and the capsules are small / easy to swallow. No taste or smell to them, and I have had zero adverse effects. I just feel better when taking choline, so I feel like it’s worth it.

I’ve been taking other Premom supplements throughout my TTC journey. I trust the brand and its high quality. It always has a high concentration of choline which is super important to the brain development for my future child. I honestly wish that the quantity was more since this supplement is so important for multiple stages of pregnancy and postnatal. The supplements are super easy to swallow. I’ve never had any side effects.

I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins for several years now hoping to have it build up in my system before a successful pregnancy. I have come to trust the quality of the Pre-Mom brand. The capsules are always easy to swallow and I’ve never had any side effects. Also, the 550 mg concentration is perfect.

Great brand
This is a very good brand for supplements on prenatals. It’s quite easy to add into my regular routine and I don’t notice any aftertaste. The capsules make my stomach a little watery and sick if I take too many before a meal. So I do want to eat it with a meal and then it solves that problem.

This is a great option for choline supplements, which are so necessary during pregnancy. I already have confidence in this product because Premom is a well-respected brand in the prenatal space.The serving size of two capsules is comparable to other brands I’ve tried, but it delivers a strong 550mg of Choline Bitartrate, which is often more Choline than what’s found in a standard prenatal multi. This concentration allows for a higher intake with fewer pills. While I don’t see the specific third-party certifications I usually look for with supplements, it does clearly claim to be gluten-free, GMO-free, vegan, and free of synthetic flavors, which covers many key quality points.

These pills are on the larger side but very easy to swallow.No scent, no smells, no after taste. Just 2 pills a day for 550 mg of Choline. The pills are on the expensive side but they are manufactured in the USA (of imported ingredients). Quality appears to be excellent.

Whether a higher concentration is better or not, I don’t know but I was looking for something that rivals the choline in my prenatal multivitamins and this does just that. For two capsules, it’s more than twice the dosage of two capsules of the other brand. The compositions are otherwise basically the same. That allows for more intake with fewer pills. These are large pills so fewer I have to swallow at once, the better. The price is reasonable though it could be improved.
