This Astaxanthin supplement is a great antioxidant made from sunflower seed oil, and like most antioxidants, you don’t really take them for a specific symptom or medical issue, but they are taken to prevent symptoms of medical issues. Hard to know what is working or not. All I can say, they are easy to swallow, and there have been no adverse effects. I’ll continue taking them in the hopes that they will be beneficial and be an effective antioxidant.
