Perfect vitamin!
I’ve been looking for a prenatal with methylated folate and B12, a gentle iron, and without too much manganese, and this vitamin is it! I also avoid herbs, this one doesn’t have any added herbs. I felt very energized after taking these vitamins. I did not notice any taste at all, you do have to take them twice a day, but that is for better absorption. Other high quality vitamins are dosed three times a day, so I thought this was also an improvement. They are capsules, and I have no trouble swallowing them. I’m very happy to have found these vitamins.

They don’t taste the best but I just swallow them down real fast with water in the morning. I also just found out I’m pregnant after TTC for 2 months so I might feel differently now taking them pregnant, but these work!!! I told my best friend to get them and she’s going to start her TTC journey soon.

Great vitamins
I will say I think these are great vitamins, they seem to work well. However the smell and taste is absolutely terrible, I’m not sure how to even describe it. They make me gag but I just swallow them quickly with a little shot of juice after. Hopefully the benefits outweigh the smell and taste!

I have tried so many prenatals and most of them are awful. These don’t make me feel sick and have high-quality ingredients that actually do something. I highly recommend these and wish I had known about them during my first pregnancy.

I decided to buy these despite the reviews about how bad they smell. I could barely choke these down. Not to mention, they gave me horrible diarrhea and upset stomach. They also made my morning sickness 10x worse. I felt relief after discontinuing the use of these in just one day. Please save yourself the money and pain and just buy the more expensive prenatals. Seriously, don’t buy these.
