    I’m happy so far.

    I’ve been taking these supplements for a couple of weeks. I started taking them for menopause. So far I think they are helping .

    Definitely notice a difference- it lightens my period temporarily when I take about 4 at a time. I only take on heavy days and never had side effects. I’m sure other things are more effective, but since this is natural I feel better about taking these instead.

    I used this for my female dog

    I am a dog breeder and I have a female dog who was having a false heat. She was acting protective like she had had puppies. A friend in another country said her vet recommends Red Raspberry Leaf but the product for dogs was not sold in the US. I found this and matched the ingredients and dosage and it really helped my dog. Within a few days she was less stressed and no longer acting like she had lost puppies.
