i feel like they work on me i was getting these like Charlie horses everywhere not at same time but off and on my body would lock up somewhere so i heard about this supplement on Doc Oz so been trying it it does seem to work i don’t get them as often or as severe you take three of these a day with meal i am going with a different brand next time cheaper only taking two pills too with more higher dose but overall good start with these

This pill is huge! It’s gel cap so the shape is oval and it is not chalky or dry like a tablet. It is just big, really big. If you have difficulty swallowing solid oral medication you should give this a pass
