Good quality
I got this L-glutathione because Piping Rock is one of the more affordable supplement brands I’ve used and generally trust. I’ve tried quite a few of their products over time, including their virgin macadamia nut oil for culinary use, their probiotics, and their Grape Seed, Green Tea & Pine Bark Complex, which I think is a great product. So when I saw they offered reduced glutathione at 500 mg, I felt comfortable giving it a try without paying the higher prices some brands charge for the same type of supplement. The capsules are straightforward and easy to add to a routine, and I like that this is the reduced form of glutathione. I don’t expect glutathione to feel like an instant energy or “notice it immediately” supplement, but I use it more for general antioxidant, wellness support and skin health which glutathione has been effective for. I notice that my face feels brighter and healthier over time when I take glutathione. For me, the main appeal is that this product is simple, reasonably dosed, non-GMO, gluten-free, and cost-effective. If you already like Piping Rock as a brand, this feels like a practical option for trying glutathione without overspending.

Reasonably Priced L-Glutathione
I have been pleased with this L-Glutathione supplement and have chosen to include it as part of my supplement routine. Based on my personal experience, it has worked well for me and I do feel I have had some improvement to my skin. The capsules are easy to swallow, no bad taste or stomach issues and with a serving size of just one capsule per day, the bottle lasts for 50 days. I also feel the price is very reasonable for the amount provided, making it a good value compared to many similar supplements.

Good value.
I’ve been on this for about a month. I can’t tell how effective it is given that I haven’t had a blood panel done or anything medically to indicate a change in bodily chemistry. However, I’ve had no side effects from taking this amount. I’ve also haven’t seen a change in my energy level, good or bad. There is no taste or odor associated with taking a pill (or at least I don’t other than the occasional fish oil pill). It seems to be a good value for the dosage and number of servings based on other glutathione products I’ve seen on Amazon.

Quality Supplement at a Reasonable Price
I had read about the benefits of glutathione as an antioxidant and in helping liver function, so decided to give this a try. By the way, the term “reduced” on the package doesn’t mean you’re getting less, it means the chemical is in its most potent form. Even so, they say glutathione in this form is not easily absorbed once it gets to the stomach. Taking it with vitamin C reportedly helps, so I am doing that. The capsule itself is easy to swallow, has no odor or aftertaste, and hasn’t upset my stomach. As always, it’s reassuring to see that the ingredients are tested by third-party, registered agencies to ensure purity and potency, and is being packaged and sold by a US company.I can’t make any claims about effectiveness, but they say benefits happen slowly over time. So I will keep taking these and hope to see some improvement next time I have bloodwork done.

Easy to swalliw and no unpleasant smell.
I got this supplement because I am insulin resistant and have fatty liver. After some research I am hoping to see some improvement there. Will update after next blood tests.I’m very happy with these L-Glutathione capsules as I have had no side effects. They are easy to swallow and don’t have a after taste. The bottle was easy to open. I did not notice an unpleasant odor upon opening.Good value for the amount and strength.

Easy to Take, Good Quality and Value
I used this L-Glutathione supplement daily for 30 days and found it very easy to incorporate into my routine. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the simple one-capsule-a-day dosage is convenient. I also experienced no stomach upset or other noticeable side effects while taking it.It is a positive that the ingredients are third-party tested for purity and potency and that the product is packaged and sold by a U.S. company. Based on the formulation, packaging, and my experience with it, the overall quality appears good. After 30 days, I can’t say that I noticed any particular improvement in how I felt, but I also didn’t experience anything negative. Supplements like this don’t necessarily produce an obvious day-to-day effect, so I can’t personally determine how effective it was based simply on how I felt. Each capsule provides 500 mg of reduced-form L-Glutathione, and with 50 capsules in the bottle, the recommended one-capsule-per-day dose provides a 50-day supply. Compared with similar products, I think it offers good value.I’m giving it four stars because everything I could evaluate—the quality, ease of swallowing, convenient once-daily dose, lack of stomach upset, and value—was positive. Since I didn’t notice any obvious change after 30 days, however, I can’t personally verify how effective it was for me. Overall, it’s an easy-to-take, well-tolerated supplement that appears to offer good quality for the price.

Great Value for Pure Reduced Glutathione
Quality & Potency: It can be a real pain to find a high-strength, reduced-form glutathione that doesn’t cost a ton. This Piping Rock formulation, with 500 mg per capsule, hits a great spot for daily antioxidant and wellness support, without any unnecessary fillers.Clean Formulation: As someone who closely examines labels, I really like that these capsules are entirely non-GMO and gluten-free. It makes it super easy and stress-free to add them to my routine.Usability: The 50-capsule bottle is compact and easy to store, and the capsules are simple to swallow with a meal and a glass of water, causing no digestive issues at all. You may notice a faint sulfur-like odor, which is often found in glutathione supplements. Fortunately, it is not intense or unpleasant enough to interfere with usability.Value: When you compare it to several other specialized antioxidant brands out there, the pricing here offers amazing value for money without sacrificing quality or effectiveness.Overall Verdict: I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to include a reliable, high-potency reduced glutathione supplement in their daily health regimen. It delivers solid quality and great value, making it a product worth sticking with.

Formula could be improved for better absorption
I appreciate that this supplement keeps things simple. You get one active ingredient..500 mg of reduced L-glutathione and with very few unnecessary additives. That alone is hard to find! The dose falls within the range commonly used in research, making it a good choice for someone specifically looking to supplement glutathione. That said, I think the formula could be improved. Oral glutathione has historically been questioned because some is broken down during digestion before it reaches the bloodstream. Newer research suggests some absorption does occur, but pairing glutathione with ingredients like N-acetylcysteine (NAC), glycine, selenium, or vitamin C may support the body’s own glutathione production more effectively over the long term.I also would’ve loved to see a liposomal form, which may improve absorption.Overall, it’s a clean, affordable product without unnecessary “proprietary blend” marketing. Just know that glutathione isn’t a miracle detox pill!!!!! Your liver already makes and uses glutathione naturally, and healthy nutrition is still the biggest factor.
