I’ve been taking collagen, biotin, and other supplements that help with hair, skin,nails, and joints for a few years now sowhen I judge whether a supplement is actually working I have to look at whether I notice any positive or negative changes after at least 1 month but preferably 3. After taking this supplement I did not notice any changes (neither negative nor positive) to me that means it’s approximately as effective as the other brands I’ve taken before.My nails are naturally very weak, peel, and for almost 40 years (before I discovered the magic of taking biotin and collagen together) I couldn’t grow nails that went past the nailbed. They would immediately chipoff and break. Now after taking supplements for a few years, my nails are much healthier. They generally don’t grow more than maybe a cm past the nailbed, but they at least grow to normal looking lengths. They no longer peel and they are… well… not AS weak as they used to be… but, also still kind of weak. I’m working on it and each year I continue to take supplements it seems to improve a little bit. These supplements have kept that trend going by at least maintaining what I’ve already achieved.My skin has always been on the dry side and I’ve started to get wrinkles and my hair started dramatically thinning. When I started taking supplements I noticed a decrease in how much hair was falling out and my skin started to get a little less dry and wrinkles seem to be improved. I did not notice any changes to those improvements after taking this so again, I’ve mostly maintained what I already had which indicates my current regimen is effective.It’s hard to say how well this supplement would do on it’s own though because I always take a Biotin and a Collagen supplement and together that combination works. I also take other supplements that re said to help with hair, skin, and nails. I’m willing to bet this wouldn’t be a miracle supplement on it’s own but if you want amazing results use any decent collagen and biotin supplements together for at least 3 months and I think you’ll get results that will make you happy.

Questioning ingredients
I’ve bought these gummies a few times. They used to be an opaque darker pink. The 2 bottles I just purchased they are lighter and clearer, making me dubious that there is even biotin in them.

The texture of the gummies is chewy, but not overly sticky where it’ll get stuck in your teeth. It has just the right amount of chew. These are a tasty little treat to have once a day too and I prefer them over taking a pill.
