Good for increasing milk supply
When my baby was in the NICU the lactation specialist said to get a supplement that is at least this many milligrams. Lots of the supplements are less and do nothing. I take these morning and night, 2 capsules each time.Definitely increases my supply but you have to be patient. Anything to increase milk supply takes a couple of days to see the increase.

As soon as I open the bottle, you can smell the maple in the air I bought it because it’s hot in LA and I sweat a lot.
