I really enjoy taking these as my daily vitamin D supplement. I used to take the 5000 IU ones by this same brand when I got sick, and they would always help me feel better so much faster. I started trying out the 1000 IU as a daily supplement and so far I really like them. The pearls are really easy to swallow and don’t taste weird at all.
