Three!!!!! No way.
I was so disappointed to find a “serving size” of these prenatal was THREE. I’m not pregnant – I take them as multivitamins and always have. However, who wants to take three large pills? Especially if you ARE pregnant? Also, I compared them to my usual prenatal vitamins – and they have LESS mg of almost every vitamin – when when taking three (my current pill is smaller and you only take one). These are also very expensive for a 30 days supply. I would not recommend them.

Work as well as the bigger brands.
I actually took these prenatals as part of my breastfeeding routine. I felt good and didn’t notice any change in my energy level or milk production when I switched over from a bigger name brand prenatal. (Which I took to mean they were working just as well.) The size is pretty average for a prenatal or multivitamin. I would suggest taking with food or just after eating. I tried taking them on an empty stomach several mornings and each time it caused some slight nausea. (Which is common for every kind of multivitamin I’ve ever taken.). Overall, they work just as well as bigger brands, in my opinion. I’d order again.

I take this prenatal vitamin for nutritional support before and during pregnancy. It includes DHA, iron, probiotics, and biotin. The capsules are easy to take and feel well-balanced. Energy levels are good overall, good value for money, and no bad taste!

So far, seems to be helping my skin
It is hard to review supplements as you need to take them for a while to see the effects. However, I have been taking these mostly for my hair, skin and nails for about a month now and I can say my skin does feel extra moisturized. Also, I tend to break out around my chin area and I have noticed this has minimized over the last month. And when I do break out, it goes away fairly fast in its own. There is no odor to the pills, they are easy to swallow and the instructions are easy to follow.

The capsules are a manageable size, easy to swallow with water, and don’t have a strong vitamin taste or unpleasant aftertaste. Because they’re easy to take, I’ve been consistent with my daily routine taking before bed.
