Most of the resveratrol I’ve taken over the years has been some sort of liquid form. I did not know they even made powdered form of it to be honest with you. As far as it goes though the effects have been the same as the liquid so far I haven’t had any issues of a clogging my kidneys or anything like that. This doesn’t have any magnesium citrate in it either. A lot of the liquid forms have magnesium citrate in it which could be a problem for some. This doesn’t have lycopene in it. So if you need lycopene you might have to look elsewhere. Overall it’s benefits have been on par with the other brands I’ve taken in the pass. The price is a bit steep to not have lycopene in it.
