    Promising ingredients, takes time to show efficacy

    These capsules are easy to swallow with no noticeable smell, aftertaste, or digestive disturbance. Very reasonably priced supplement since you only need to take 1 capsule/day and receive a 2-month supply for just $19.99!I also love it that there are no “extra” vitamins along for the ride; too many products include other vitamins/minerals which can cause some real math headaches as I read through all my labels trying to determine if I’m getting too much of something (I’m looking at you, calcium and magnesium!).Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you’re already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking turmeric at this dosage for several years and haven’t noticed a difference in the way I feel with these; if that changes over time I’ll update my review accordingly.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!
