I recently broke out in hives from who-knows-what and went to see my allergy specialist MD. During the visit I was telling him all about the vitamins and herbs I take, when I mentioned this product: Turmeric Curcumin. He said that he and all of his doctor friends take this supplement daily, and they take this above and beyond any other supplement. He laid out all the health benefits (cellular health, immune system support, etc.) and said if could take only one supplement, this would be it. Not only was I sold on the health benefits of this product before then, I am 100% sold on it even more now. This particular brand causes no stomach upset, arrived fresh, no off odor, arrived packaged well, supplements are an even color and good quality. I’ve been taking these for months (this brand) and have no problems at all. I also have celiac disesae, so I am super sensitive to allergens , and have had no problems with this brand. Good value. BCM-95 is a good form of Curcumin. This is the Turmeric Curcumin I have been looking for. It is superior quality compared to some of the other lower quality ones on Amazon. It pays to buy a higher quality for more effectiveness. Most people would benefit greatly from taking some sort of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant supplement and this is a great one to use. It is all organic, non GMO and the capsules are vegetarian. I especially like that it has the black pepper to help with absorption which not all turmeric supplements contain, and it doesn’t seem to have any of the weird aftertaste that you can get from some other brands. If you are looking for a safe, natural way to help alleviate joint pain or any other symptoms caused by inflammation, you really can’t go wrong with these capsules.

IT REALLY WORKS! GET IT! TRY IT!
I have to admit, I have taken a lot of different types of curcumin from different companies and had not ever tried the one with BCM-95, I had no idea what that even meant. I’m 55 and I lift weights and over all in great health, but my knees were always experiencing some sort of discomfort. I’ve only taken this for about a little over a week and to my surprise, I don’t have as much discomfort anymore and I have increased my weight in my weight training. Another thing I’ve noticed is my bowels, I have a lot of issues and that too has improved. I got to researching this BCM-95 and I was shocked to see what all it helps. I looked it up because my bowels were improved and I couldn’t figure out what I did different… this product is what helped me in both those areas. :)) I am very please and will continue to order!!

I’ve only taken a few of these twice a week and i have seen immediate results with my ibd, definitely consult your doctor first as I personally am not taking medications at the moment, only multivitamins and kefir.
