Perfect addition to my workout. I love that I can choose the caffeine level that I want to ingest. Plus, it helps recover muscles after a kick ass workout. I love the awesome grape taste that doesn’t have a strange film or aftertaste. It gets me ready for an intense workout and I have noticed that I am less sore than when I forget to take it. It has completely replaced my harsh preworkout that I was using before.

First let me begin by saying that I love this product! I have waited a while before I wrote a review on this product. I have tried several of the flavors and have yet to find one that I don’t like. I have purchased the watermelon, concord grape, blueberry mojito, orange cooler, lemon lime, and green apple. My favorite flavor would have to be the concord grape, its not too strong and doesn’t taste like medicine like some do. The coloring can be a little dark on the concord grape but all of the others do not contain too much dye. I take about 1 1/2 scoops in the morning as a little wake me up instead of an energy drink and don’t have any problems with feeling tired or lack of energy. For workouts I take about 2- 21/2 scoops in a blender bottle and that seems to last me throughout my workout. I drink about half of the bottle before the workout and then fill the bottle up with water and drink the rest throughout my workout. I love that this powder does not give you the jittery feeling like some preworkout powders and energy powders give you. I also love that it has amino acids in it so you have some relief from the next day soreness. I would have to say that I rarely feel sore the next day after drinking this pre-during- and post workout, unless its leg day! I am a paramedic who works normally 48 hrs on and 24 off… I have started to decrease the amount of energy drinks that I consume and use this powder instead and let me start by saying that I love that I don’t crash from this stuff and that I don’t get the nasty caffeine headache from it like I do with other energy drinks. It isn’t loaded with sugar which is great, I personally don’t like too sugary of drinks especially if I am working out or trying to stay up all night. It also makes me stay hydrated because of how much water I consume with this. I would highly recommend this!

When you first untwist the jar to this magical powder, you’re going to think to yourself that you hear angels giggling. Don’t be alarmed. That’s going to happen literally every single time you open it. It’s written in numerous religious publications that Grape is a flavor favored heavily by various deities. In fact, Romans were known to bathe themselves in no less than 71,000 grapes per household per night as an assumption it brought them closer to the Gods. Valhalla, as you well know, translates to “My God, grape flavor is delicious.” I’m really digressing here.The packaging tells you that you can adjust the amount of scoops for how much energy you feel you need. I find that four is my magic number, leaving me pleasantly energized enough to get through a solid hour or more at the gym without making my heart feel like Neal Pert is practicing inside of it. If you are of a dangerous mind, you might try six scoops though I can tell you from personal experience that if you wake up in Saudi Arabia surrounded by white tigers and an angry gogo dancer named Cinnamon, you’ve probably taken too much. The code word is: “Pretzel” and you’ll get home safely. You’ll see.If you just want something to perk you up, drink a coffee, you weak-willed coward. If you aren’t into energy drinks but you’re looking for something to supercharge you, if you’re needing some aminos in your life, if you want something good to drink that isn’t going to break the bank, if you want a nonstop thrill-ride that probably won’t shed too many years off of your life… this is for you. I have been buying this for several years. I have tried the blue raspberry but the grape remains my favorite. I gave up caffeine almost a year ago and hadn’t bought it for several months. The past few months it’s been a struggle to get through my workouts. I have had no energy. I purchased this again a week ago anticipating it to arrive before the weekend so I could get some motivation to kick serious booty at the gym. I took the recommended 2 scoops and I felt it provided me with ample energy to push through a brutal leg day. Just be-careful to drink additional water afterwards since it does have caffeine and caffeine is a diuretic. Since I don’t want to get dependent on caffeine again, I plan on only using this as a pre-workout and only use it a few days a week.

This has become my favorite flavor in their lineup. Not sure what they did to the Fruit Punch flavor but it tastes very bland now. The grape flavor tastes amazing but the downside though is that the artificial coloring is very obvious and even though it mixes well you can still observe quite a few red and blue specs in the foam and bottom of the cup.Other than that it’s also very effective and give quite a nice boost of energy and focus. Use quite a bit even as a mid-day energy boost with not caffeine jitters.
