    Really nice set

    This is such a nice set and the black label is super nice. The contents are what you’d expect from a brand that’s well-known, it’s quality sourced and well-researched to promote productivity focus and cognitive function. Very pleased with these. They’re not to be taken together but to take separately as needed.

    Two supplement set to potentially support brain functions.

    This is comprised of 2 bottles of supplements that potentially support brain functions as stated in the listing. The 90-capsule Alpha Brain daily cognitive supplement potentially helps support such things as memory and focus in a caffeine-free blend. I take it for those reasons. The 80-count bottle of Alpha Brain Black Label potentially helps on days I need extra focus and productivity. Directions say, ‘Do not take both products in a 24-hour period’. Memory and Focus contains such things as vitamin B6, L-theanine amino acid, cat’s claw, bacopa, and oat straw and can be taken twice a day. Some of the ingredients the Black Label formula contains are velvet bean, lion’s mane mushroom, L-theanine, caffeine anhydrous, and marigold extract. A serving is 4 per day of this one. These can also be purchased separately. Since it is quite pricey to take these on an ongoing basis, you will have to decide for yourself if the potential benefits are worth it.

    It’s okay

    I’ve heard about this product on various podcasts, and was excited to try it. I’ve been using them for around 2 weeks now, alternating between the alpha brain and the regular strength depending on how tired I am when I wake up. I don’t feel much with the regular one and after taking 4 capsules of the alpha brain (the highest recommended dosage on the label), it feels on par to a cup of coffee. The ingredients are top notch…in the limited research I’ve done, that is clear. This feels like a much better way to feeling sharp than an energy drink or other sugary unhealthy beverage. It may not make me super energetic, but if nothing else, I’m I taking high quality vitamin ingredients. No regrets and I’m happy with both of these OnnIt products.

    Beneficial, But Expensive!

    I am still in my first month, but I do feel like I am seeing some mild improvements in focus and clarity. I often find myself getting distracted and trying to multitask too many things at work. These capsules helped me focus on tasks for longer periods of time and I feel that I was able to get a lot more done in the same amount of time.The capsules were easy to swallow. They are a small/medium size capsule with a coating that makes them slide down your throat more easily. There is no taste and very little odor. The ingredients appear high quality and are effective. My main concern with taking this supplement long term is the relatively high cost. And what the heck is up with this 2-pack? You are not supposed to take capsules from both bottles in the same day as they have many of the same ingredients. Apparently, the Alpha Brain supplement is for regular, everyday focus and the Alpha Brain Black Label is for days you need extra focus. I would rather purchase these separately as there doesn’t seem to be a benefit to ordering them together.

    Quality Ingredients, Stellar Packaging, Seriously Overvalued

    The first thing I noticed about these supplements was the packaging. The Alpha Brain (AB) Original comes in a decent plastic bottle, but the AB Black Label comes in some strange cylindrical enclosure (as seen in pic), and appears to be housed in a glass bottle as opposed to the typical plastic.The one thing about this is that you should never take these together or in the same 24 hours. You either use one or the other, LOL. After researching the ingredients, it looks like the basic AB is for daily use. Without going into all the ingredients, the ingredients help with melanin, hormone production, and help produce neurotransmitters, such as dopamine and epinephrine – which leads me to believe the basic blend helps with mood regulation.The AB Black Label has many of the same ingredients as the original (for this reason, it is strongly advised not to take both in one 24 hour period), but also has added ingredients that have strong implications for help with blood pressure, reduced inflammation, heart health, ulcer prevention, as well as fighting against dementia, depression, schizophrenia, and Parkinson’s.Though the list of ingredients for both of these supplements is impressive, honestly, I don’t think they’re impressive enough to charge that much for them.

    Like some other high value supplements, this one includes a few patented formulas like: SerinAid, Lutemax, and Cognizin. They’re recognized for standardized quality and reputation. Those aspects sold separately roughly compare to what’s offered altogether in this package.It’s not a large volume, but it’s otherwise a robust blend that offers support for cognitive function, memory, focus, and eye health. It combines nootropics, antioxidants, and substances that enhance neurotransmitter activity and protect brain and eye health. Please check with your doctor before starting any new supplement regimen. Keep well~
