    It’s not Steroids, but it’s not Inert

    It gives me extra kick in my muscles for my workouts. I can feel it aiding my exercises. And it’s got calcium in it for reinforcing bones. It doesn’t have a notable taste. It’s a medium size that won’t make you panic trying to swallow it by itself. It’s very effective. It also has vitamins for day to day life. I did notice that I get mild anxiety if I take them and don’t workout though. It seems like stored energy going haywire in the body after not being used. Easy to swallow.
