Easy Daily Fish Oil Without The Fishy Drama
These fish oil softgels are pretty easy to add into a daily routine since it is just one softgel a day. The capsules are on the larger side, so if you struggle with big pills, this might be a little annoying. They are smooth though, so they go down easier than they look. Basically, they look intimidating for about two seconds, then your throat figures it out.I did not notice a strong fishy aftertaste, which is the main thing I care about with fish oil. Nobody wants to take a supplement and then spend the rest of the day feeling like they made out with a salmon. The bottle is simple, the serving size is convenient, and the price seems pretty reasonable for 60 softgels.I would give this 4 stars. It seems like a solid fish oil supplement, but the softgels are large and supplement results are not something I can fully judge right away. For daily use, it is easy enough to take and does not come with the usual fish oil punishment.

Great For Starters
First off adding Omega 3s to your diet is very beneficial and most like recommended by most Dr’s and Nutritionist. These are tasteless for me. They do not leave me bloated and are easy to swallow. The serving size is two pills. But you do get a bang for your buck. They smell like any other fish oil. I don’t think you can truly mask the smell of fish oil. I do recommend and I believe the labels recommend taking these with a meal doesn’t have to be to big of a meal. Overall my experience with this supplement has been good so far.

As someone who cannot stand the scent or taste of fish, these capsules are a good solution. Unlike other brands I’ve tried, these have no noticeable after taste. I always prefer brands that pack everything into one capsule (when possible); it’s annoying to get supplements and realize that your 120-pack will only last you a month because you have to take 4 at a time. To be clear, you only take one of these capsules daily. They ARE big and that is something to note should you have swallowing issues, but it means you only have to take one. I looked for the brand’s website, and found an address — but it redirects to another supplement brand, ostensibly open by the same makers. The other brand is produced and packaged in house in Utah; Saver says “bottled in the US”. I’m not sure if this is a new brand, a cheaper version (“Saver”), or leftovers from a prior brand… I will give the benefit of the doubt that the ingredients are quality/regulated since there is info about the other brand on the site. Essentially, it’s hard to know what is really working or not for these types of supplements, but I always want to make sure I’m consuming something that isn’t dangerous. Bottled in the US makes me feel better, but I do wish they’d provided more info or had a site that actually gave details about this brand!

I got these fish oil supplements because I need the good fats but I struggle to eat foods with the right fats.These are a cost effective supplement that appears to be thoughtfully formulated. The soft gels appear to be well made. I did not find any leakers in the bottle and they did not really stick together.The labeling is a bit misleading though. It says they are bottled in the USA, but I do not know where they were manufactured. The labeling says they are cGMP compliant but I have no indication they are made in a cGMP facility. The labeling says says they are third party tested, but I have not been able to verify this claim.They seem to be well made but I just can’t verify.The soft gels appear us fairly large and it is a bit hard to swallow. I had some digestive concerns while taking them but at least there wasn’t a fishy aftertaste and I didn’t have fishy gas. Gas yes but not fishy gas.My previous brand was smaller with a similar content.As far as effectiveness I just can’t tell. I don’t think they are worse than my previous supplement.
