High-Quality Zinc Supplement
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while and this zinc supplement does not disappoint. This an effective and inexpensive way to add more zinc to your diet. These tablets are straightforward and easy to take, the ingredient list is simple, and the bottle lasts a good while. No complaints so far—solid value and exactly what I was looking for.

Zinc Sulfate Tablets
I got this supplement for my family and I to take for our daily routine. The supplement has zinc sulfate in it. The dosage is 50 mg per serving. I like that there’s only one tablet needed per serving. There are 120 tablets in the bottle. The tablets in the bottle are non-GMO, gluten-free, and are vegan for those who don’t consume any animal products. These don’t give myself or my family any unwanted side effects. The bottle comes pre-sealed for safety. It’s a great value for the money!

Helpful when you’re sick
I like to have a well stocked home pharmacy cabinet, which is why I decided to order this zinc sulfate supplement. I take zinc whenever I feel like I’m getting sick as an immune system boost. It is also great for any viral infection, as zinc helps to reduce viral replication and can reduce the severity of things like the flu. I cannot yet speak to the health benefits of this specific product, but what I can report so far is that I have not noticed any side effects or have any negative complaints about this product. The serving size is one capsule and there are 120 capsules per bottle, so it will last me a long time which is nice. At the current price at the time of my order of $9.50, I feel like that’s a decent value for what you get since it comes with 120 servings. So far this product has met my expectations and I do recommend it to others from my personal experience.

Great value for the price
I’ve been taking Nutricost Zinc Sulfate 50mg for a while now and I’m really impressed. You get 120 tablets, so 120 servings, which is a very generous amount for the price. It’s vegan, GMO-free and gluten-free which was important to me. Potent dose but very easy on the stomach. I had no side effects at all. Great daily immune support staple. Will definitely repurchase!

Solid zinc supplement that gets the job doneSolid zinc supplement that gets the job done
Pros:Great Value: High dosage (50mg) and plenty of tablets per bottle for a very reasonable price.Easy to Swallow: Small tablet size makes them simple to take with water.Clean Ingredients: Vegan, GMO-free, and gluten-free without unnecessary fillers.Cons:Hard on an Empty Stomach: Can cause nausea or stomach upset if you don’t take it right after a meal.High Dose for Daily Use: 50mg is higher than the recommended daily allowance, so it might be too strong for long-term daily use without checking with a doctor first.I’ve been using Nutricost Zinc Sulfate for a few weeks now to give my immune system a little extra support. The price is fantastic for how many tablets you get, and the pills are small enough that they aren’t hard to swallow.Just a word of caution: definitely do not take these on an empty stomach. I made that mistake once and felt nauseous for about an hour. As long as you take them right after a meal, they work great with zero issues. 50mg is on the higher side, so I take one every couple of days rather than daily, but overall it’s a great value supplement.

Effective, cheap high-dose zinc supplement.Effective, cheap high-dose zinc supplement.
Nutricost’s Zinc Sulfate tablets are small, odorless, and go down easily with some water and food. Each serving is just one tablet, and the ingredients are relatively clean. That said, 50 mg is a hefty dose. It actually exceeds the currently recognized safe upper limit for daily zinc consumption, so unless your doctor has confirmed you have a deficiency, it’s probably smart not to take it every day. Long-term overuse can lead to side effects like copper depletion or stomach issues.I use this supplement when I feel a cold coming on. It seems to give my immune system a slight boost, and I’ve noticed it cuts about a day off the duration of the illness. Nothing miraculous, but noticeable. The form here is zinc sulfate, which is less bioavailable than chelated varieties and can sometimes cause stomach upset. I haven’t experienced any indigestion myself, but I always take it with food, and that seems to help.Overall, this is a worthwhile option if you need a high zinc dose. It’s from a reputable brand, manufactured in a GMP-compliant facility, and is apparently third-party tested. I use it sparingly, so the 120-count bottle lasts me a long time. If you took it daily, you’d get about four months of supply. At under ten cents per tablet, it offers a great value.

Amazon Vine Note: I receive products through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for providing honest reviews. These items are not truly free—Vine members are required to pay income tax on all products received. I am selective about what I choose to review and only request items I genuinely plan to use. This means I have no incentive to inflate or deflate ratings simply because the product came at no upfront cost. When I rate something highly, it’s because it meets or exceeds my expectations. If a product falls short of reasonable expectations, I reflect that in my review. My goal is always to provide accurate and helpful evaluation.Product Review:I’ve been taking zinc daily for a while now, and when I saw this option from Nutricost, I decided to give it a try. Nutricost is a newer brand I’ve recently discovered, and I’ve been really pleased with the supplements I’ve tried from them so far. This Zinc Sulfate (50 mg) consistent with the quality I’ve come to expect from the brand. One of the main reasons I keep coming back to Nutricost is their transparency and manufacturing standards. I really appreciate that their products are third-party tested and produced in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities—it gives me confidence that I’m getting a clean, reliable supplement. The tablets are easy to take with no aftertaste, which is a big plus since I use it daily. I also like the simplicity—no unnecessary fillers—I like that they are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free.Another big advantage is the value. With just one tablet per day and 120 tablets in the bottle, it lasts a full four months. I find it to be a good value.Overall, this is a dependable, quality zinc supplement at a great price.
