No Odor, Aftertaste, or Garlic Burps!
I was interested in this because garlic and parsley oil help a lot of things in the body. I have read that garlic helps with cardiovascular health, immune support, and digestion. I have issues with all of those things. Parsley oil helps with immune support, antioxidants, digestion, and it helps mask the odor/taste of the garlic. Nutricost felt like a safe brand because they are manufactured in the USA, in Utah. They are a GMP compliant facility. This product is third party tested and is a non GMO product.The soft gels are tiny and you take 3 a day. They are very easy to swallow and fit easily in my pill sorter. Some have said that this is a low dose of garlic, but if I’m understanding correctly, this contains garlic oil which is more potent than raw garlic. One dose is equivalent to 1,500mg garlic bulb, so it’s a decent dose. I researched how much garlic oil one should have daily and it ranged from 2-5mg, so 15mg is much more. There is no garlic taste, odor, or garlic burps after taking the pills. With that being said, I have been taking this supplement for 4+ weeks and I haven’t seen a noticeable difference. I know from past experiences with supplements, they build up in your system and sometimes you do not notice the difference they were making until you stop taking it. Because I’m not 100% sure this is actually doing anything, I gave it 4 stars. Overall, the gels are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste of garlic, so that is a win in my book. I’m not sure I’m going to continue taking these after they run out. There are 180 softgels, so 2 months. I’m going to continue taking them to see if there is a difference and decide closer to the 2 month mark. I’m really hoping for some relief from digestion issues.

These pills look to be made well. The bottle came well sealed. There is an obvious scent but no garlic taste or aftertaste. They are small pills and easy to swallow even when taken all at once and go down easily. I have only just started taking them so I can’t talk about how well they work. I am in my mid 50s so I need to start taking better care of myself, so I hope these help with those things it typically does.
