Royal jelly is available in several forms including fresh, freeze-dried powder, and capsules like these. This capsule form seemed like a budget-friendly way to see if royal jelly might be helpful.Royal jelly capsules typically contain freeze-dried powder. Fortunately I did not experience any gastric discomfort while using these capsules. I’ve been taking them for about two weeks now. At this point it doesn’t feel like a drastic change, but everyone’s experience with supplements can vary. My sleep and daily energy felt slightly better as well, again, not a 180 degree difference, but a bit improved.I also appreciated that these capsules have essentially no taste or odor.
