One of the best things about this product is the value. Since the serving size is two capsules and the bag contains 240, it actually lasts for four full months. That is a lot better than the typical 30 or 60 day supply you usually see from other brands. The capsules are a standard size and I found them easy to swallow with water.The addition of L-Theanine and Phosphatidylserine is a nice touch that I did not expect in a B1 formula. I feel like this combination helps me stay a bit more clear headed during the day without any jitters. I also appreciate that they used Magnesium Glycinate instead of the cheaper Oxide version which can sometimes cause stomach issues.The only thing to be aware of is that the capsules come in a resealable pouch rather than a plastic bottle. Because of the ingredients, they can sometimes stick together if they get warm during shipping or if your kitchen is hot. The packaging suggests putting them in the freezer for a bit if that happens, but I just gave the bag a few good shakes and they broke apart without any trouble. It is a very convenient way to get a full nerve support stack without having to manage five or six different bottles on my counter.
