    Wonderful L-Methionine Option, Costs Less Than My Usual Brand, New Favorite

    L-Methionine is an amino-acid and precursor, known for aiding in maintaining liver health as well as endogenous production of Sam-e. Overall, it’s typically considered to be a very healthy supplement. Of course, check with your physician or holistic practitioner to ensure that there are no contraindications in your case, but it’s safe for us, so we tried it as a family and went through the entire bottle.No one had any odd side-effects, any ill-feeling, or any strange taste after using this. It worked exactly like our typical L-Methionine supplement, when taken at the usual dose, and it seemed to have the same effect on each of us. Overall, I’d say it’s an excellent option for the price, and it works identically to a more-expensive brand, so I’ll be buying this again.Some will still need to take exogenous Sam-e, but most feel a lot better on L-Methionine, and we found that the person who still needs Sam-e in our family was the only person who still felt a need for it when we tried this. The rest of us still felt good without taking extra, just by taking the L-Methionine.This is a wonderful option for a high-quality L-Methionine with a low price for the typical dosage. As with all amino-acids, there’s a slight amino-acid smell, which is a good thing. If you can’t smell the slight protein-bitterness of free amino-acids, the product isn’t a pure product and probably doesn’t contain what you thought it did, but this has that slight odor a free amino-acids, just like all freeform amino-acids. It’s nowhere near as strong as with freeform L-Lysine, but I can still tell from the smell that it’s a freeform amino acid, and I can tell by how I feel that it’s L-Methionine.
