    Great value. No bloating like with mono.

    Creatine is one of the few supplements that has plenty of science backing its use. I always tried and struggled to take creatine mono powder but it always made me miserable because of how my stomach handled it. Found some Creatine HCL gummies at the store locally and tried them. It went surprisingly well but the price was way too high. I ordered this from Amazon and got all of the benefits of the HCL I found locally without the cost per dose being nearly as high. Will probably stick with this Nutricost HCL as long as it is available at a reasonable price.

    ? I received a question asking how the texture is. It’s a pill. You swallow it. There really isn’t any texture. The creatine seems to work fine, although you do have to take quite a few capsules to get a full dosage. Pricey, but works well.

    Creatine HCL is the smarter choice!!!

    I prefer these Creatine hcl capsules over traditional creatine monohydrate. Why? Because with these you don’t have to worry about bloating, don’t need to do a “loading phase” whereas monohydrate, it’s highly recommended. Other huge benefits is you only need to take a fraction compared to mono, and because these are capsules, they are far more convenient!! One last thing, don’t buy into any hype that one works better than the other as far as strength gains because it’s simply not true.

    Monohydrate to HCI to reduce bloating

    Changed from monohydrate to this version because of bloating! Few weeks, bloating reduced instantly.. So monohydrate was the corporate! I can also feel my muscles pumps during workouts. Didn’t quite feel that with monohydrate. I take 2 capsules before workouts. Same drive with onset feel of pump!

    Finally a creatine that doesn’t make me pee!

    I’ve been searching for a creatine that doesn’t make me have to pee like a racehorse for a year. Seriously, the others have made me kidneys hurt due to how much I had to pee. This one doesn’t make me have to pee at all. Also as someone with IBS, I have experienced no bloating or digestive issues. Highly recommend!

    Probably the easiest and best way to get your creatine in daily. A little bit more expensive than the powder but worth it.
