Years ago our salts had Iodine in them. Since they don’t have Iodine in them anymore, that’s why I take one everyday. They say it’s good for your thyroid. Hopefully it will keep my thyroid in check. 👍🏻👍🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

What a difference
After years of using pink salt, not eating a lot of dairy eggs, or seafood I was having the symptoms of a slow thyroid. I thought an supplement might be helpful since I was not getting iodine through my diet. I really noticed a difference when I started taking it. But I only take one capsule every other day. That seems to fulfill the need that I had. I think my hair is getting thicker and I have definitely shed some pounds while my diet is the same.

Very good iodine product
It has so far worked for me in that with taking this iodine and using Celtic salt with all the minerals intact, I have been able to stop my thyroid medicine and help my mild thyroid problem.
