Easy to Swallow
Although I prefer gummies, I found these capsules to be easy to swallow, and you only need to take one per day. I got these for my wife who has noticed her hair thinning and not as strong as before. Getting a three month supply for under $20 is not only a great value, but only having to order it four times a year also assists with consistent ease of use.I have not noticed an increase in my hair growth or appearance since starting to take this.
