Pricey but have bought Now supplements for decades & trust this brand
I have bought NOW brand supplements for almost 3 decades. They’ve always been my go to brand.Was shocked when a well regarded naturopath casually gave NOW brands some props. He sells a lot of his own blends so never name drops brands but he told his large social media following who he has taught to muscle test to see if they even need a supplement that NOW products historically test as positive product in those who need it.I’ve never mastered muscle testing but I have issues with swollen ankles so I’m taking these to help.They’re kind of pricey for just a 50 day serving If you take the 2 caps twice a day but would likely order again if I could snag on sale as I trust this brand. In fact I have a cabinet full of their Orange labeled products 🙂

This supplement clearly works
I’ve been taking it for swollen legs, and it has helped so far. I like that it includes dandelion and ursi, which I’ve used before for similar issues. The added vitamin B6 and potassium are a nice bonus and it feel like a well-rounded formula.

Gentle on My System but Didn’t See Major Results
I used this for about a month and didn’t notice a big difference. I assumed it was meant to help with water retention or mild swelling, but the label isn’t super clear about what it’s specifically for. I didn’t experience any side effects, though, and it seemed gentle on my system. Maybe it works better for people who deal with more noticeable water retention or edema.

I’m not a doctor, I’m not an expert, and I am in no way giving any medical advice, just my anecdotal experience with this supplement.What I am getting out of it is help with my occasional ankle swelling. It doesn’t seem to increase my need to urinate, to be fair, I already urinate a ton, lol, but it just seems to help with the swelling. I don’t know what the magic is behind that.

Excellent supplement
I was stoked to try this formulation from such a well regarded nutritional brand. I’m a women nearing middle age, and I sometimes experience swollen ankles. I ordered NOW’s Water Out Urinary Tract Health capsules to see if they might help with this issue based on the claims of better fluid balance and urinary tract health. The capsules are made with several herbs/vitamins, including Ura Ursi, Dendelion, Potassium and Vitamin B-6. The capsules are standard sized and easy to swallow. They don’t taste bad, and don’t have an overly powerful smell.I especially like that this is a trusted non-GMO brand with GMP certification.The bottle suggests a dosage of 2 capsules twice a day. Initial impressions is that these work well, but I need to adjust my fluid/electrolyte intake to prevent dehydration. I might try lowering the dose to see if that works better for my body. and leave me a bit dehydrated as a result. I have not had any other adverse reactions.Overall, these work well and I think the price ($24.54 at the time of this review) is a reasonable price for a highly regarded name brand of this high quality. I recommend!

Very gentle formula from a trusted brand!
started taking these pills having my kidney stones removed, mainly to help with lingering urinary discomfort and the occasional UTI. So far it’s been great. I’ve noticed less bloating and way fewer issues with urinary infections. It feels like it’s keeping things moving and clean, if that makes sense. I was looking for something more natural and gentle on the gut. I like the ingredients, dandelion and uva ursi are ingredients I’ve read about before. I haven’t had any side effects. I take it consistently and definitely feel a difference. Super glad I gave this a try! Very quality product from a trusted brand at a great price. Pills are easy to take and there is no weird aftertaste. I highly recommend it

These pills are interesting … Although their marketing is a bit confusing, as to what they are designed to do. One would think ‘Water Out’ would be a diuretic designed to make one flush their system more frequently. Is it designed to make people with enlarged prostate go more forcefully, so they don’t have to go more often?Vitamin B6 is a bit of a mystery … each serving (2 pills) contains over 140% daily value of B6 … although that generally supports brain function, immune system regulation and perhaps red blood cell formation through the assistance of production of neurotransmitters like serotonin and melatonin. Not sure how that relates to urinary health.Uva Ursi, on the other hand, is made from a North American shrub which natives used as a diuretic and anti-constipation aid. There is a long history of use but a lack of scientific studies to back up.Dandelion root is also a diuretic which helps promote urine flow. This seems to be the ingredient with the highest percentage of make up. The pills seem to be third party tested, which is good.The capsule size is fine, as my picture shows, and two of them are very easy to swallow with water.Overall, if you are experiencing urinary issues from enlarged prostate, etc. this may be something you want to look into. I felt no different after taking the product but I am not likely the target market as I am like a race horse when it comes to making water. I hope my honest review, after actually using the product, was helpful to you.
