    Good quality and price as always with NOW. Powerful antioxidant but not everyone should take daily or long term. Please review various studies on the effects of Vitamin E supplements vs Vitamin E from foods.

    Not a Bad Budget Option, but Could Still Be Improved

    Reasonably thick vitamin e, seems like good quality. Tastes fine when I bite into them without any rancid smells. Sort of big, but no issues swallowing them. For $5 it’s a fair price. I like that it uses organic olive oil as a carrier, but I would prefer if it used MCT. Uses natural forms of vitamin E not synthetic ones. My main issues are that they don’t say specific amounts of each type of tocopherol and that they don’t include more gamma tocopherol. (ideally it would be the highest or second highest of the two. Also I would prefer 200 capsules of 100 iu each for this price. Overall on a budget it’s not bad, though I would only take them every third or fourth day, unless you are eating massive amounts of omega 3 and 6 fats then you might want to take them every other day.
