I started using this product last month, after reading in Dr. Murad’s book _The Cellulite Solution_ Murad – The Cellulite Solution that adding soy lecithin to your diet helps with skin function and can help smooth out both wrinkles and cellulite. As with any nutritional product, it’s sometimes difficult to tell if it’s really working, but, since adding chia seeds, goji berries, and soy lecithin into my diet last month, I’ve noticed that my skin seems brighter and smoother, and I also have more energy. (I haven’t noticed any cellulite reduction yet.)Other reviewers for this product have commented that the granules are lumpy and gritty, but I’ve found them to mix up just fine in the foods I add them to. Usually, I mix them into oatmeal, a protein smoothie, or some Greek yogurt. I use about one tablespoon, and try to eat that much each day since that is the amount that is supposed to yield the most benefits.Overall, this seems to be working, and I’m pleased with how easily it mixes into my foods. It doesn’t leave a gritty taste or texture at all, and is hardly noticeable.

smoother ice cream

I bought this lecithin to make a smoother, less “grainy” homemade, sugar free ice cream and it works. My daughter sent a basic recipe that I’ve tweaked to make it to our taste. The granules are a bit messy as you put it in a blender or food processor first and grind it as fine as possible before adding the other ingredients. But, it’s definitely worth the extra step or two to get such a smooth concoction of guilt free pleasure!!!!!!! I definitely recommend this product for ice cream. I know it has other uses, but, this is what I bought it for and use it for.

Use to make ” liposomal vit C”, a super energizer/tonic/detox

I use this product in concert with vitamin C crystals with which I make my own ‘liposomal vitamin C’ (fat soluble C that is better absorbed), but this lecithin itself has its own benefits. (For those who object to soy, there is a sunflower version of lecithin – it was not quite as effective for me however). This size container should last you at least a year if you make this.The benefits of this are too many too list. The thing is we are all exposed to radiation, pollutants, plastics and pesticides residues are everywhere in our environment, even if we eat clean as a whistle and avoid obvious exposure. Even many household products like carpets, flooring, clothing, have fire retardants and a multitude of other biological insults lurking.This was proven when recently a scientific double blind study was run where a group of people were isolated and given only local organic everything, purified water, etc, and compared to a group with ‘regular’ eating/ drinking habits, and both groups had their blood tested for pollutants. The ‘clean’ group STILL came up BPAs and pthalates etc!So ”harm mitigation” is one of our best defenses, and not much beats “C” in that arena and this liposomal C version is affordable and effective. It helps de-activate many toxins (which is why IV form of vitamin C is often given in medical settings in poisoning cases or for metal exposure because of those properties).The lecithin helps ‘encapsulate’ the Vitamin C with this process and means you absorb most of it – vs excreting most of it as usual). Pour 3 TBsp Lecithin into 1 cup distilled water and soak at room temperature. Within 25 minutes all the granules should be soft. This is important, do not skip.2.) In a blender or a narrow, tall (over 7 inch tall) container for a stick or immersion blender, blend the soaked Lecithin for a few minutes. This will blend quickly.3.) Dissolve the 1 TBsp of Vitamin C crystals in ½ cup of COOL water. Keep stirring until all the crystals disappear. This is important, do not skip.4.) Combine the Lecithin and Vit C mixtures together with the blender.5.) Make sure the interior of the sonic cleaner is clean. Fill to max line and run. Change water. Repeat until you feel it’s clean. Do NOT use ANY cleaners, other than natural vinegar. Empty & wipe dry.6.) Pour the blended emulsion into the sonic cleaner. Keep the lid open, use a plastic straw or non-reactive implement for stirring (something that has not been used for anything else). I sat down in front of the sonic cleaner on the counter with a timer. I set the timer for 30 minutes and kept stirring.This is where the magic happens. Great buy

Best guy ever for the money. Lecithin is the greatest when it comes to helping with focus and short term memory problems. My wife use to use Lecithin years ago when our house was full of children and she just needed mental help keeping all the balls up in the air. She stopped taking the supplement after the kids left home and things settled down. Now that she is a senior, she needs help with her short term memory and so she is starting to use Lecithin again with the hope that it does for her what it did many years ago. This is a very economical and easy source and we are hopeful.

レシチンには大きく分けて大豆レシチンと卵黄レシチンがありこの製品は大豆レシチンです。Non-GMOとは遺伝子組み換え大豆の不使用を意味します。俺は普段は豊年の缶入り大豆レシチン細粒250gを常用しています。レシチンは頭脳系のサプリとして地味ですが飲み続ける必要があります使うの止めたら頭の回転がゆっくり時間をかけて悪化していきエアコンや電気の消し忘れ、言葉のど忘れなどが頻発し始めます今回はいつも売切れになっているナウの顆粒ボトルが目に止まり試しに購入してみました。この製品の問題点としては全体的に粒が砕けて細粒化しており自前の計量スプーンでさえ1日分の分量がうまく量れませんかといってコップに出すとべたべたに汚れる点がマイナス。飲む際は目分量による調整になるかと思いますボトルの中で密閉している紙蓋についてメーカーパッケージのリニューアル前は内側に切込みを入れる必要があり蓋の中で出て中がベタベタになるのが常でしたが厚手の紙を微調整で広げて内で閉じれる形に変更されておりこの点に好感。味はしっとりした食感の大豆風味フレーク？他の製品と変わらない。効果は豊年のレシチンと切り替えて使ってみた限りほとんど変わらない感じで◎、値段の安さも◎不注意からド忘れや作業漏れなんかが誤差の範囲だが若干改善される。ADDやADHDの不注意型に類似症状があったり根っからのドジっ子さんには少し効果の実感が期待できそう

This is Non GMO soy lecithin. A serving is 1 tablespoon, and has only 1 gram of carb. This container is about half a gallon, so quite a good bit of product! Arrived in record time, it was perfectly packaged in box with padding. It’s very fresh. I’m very pleased. NOW is my favorite brand of vitamins, and this is a very good tasting form of lecithin. Great with yogurt, and a wonderful way to get your phospholipids. Research has shown that because of it’s ability to repair cell membrane is it good for the memory (lots about online, see Dr. Axe, for example) and heart disease due to it’s emulsification properties. I find it also decreases appetite, that’s just my experience, but I find that a tablespoon of it definitely makes a big difference. For a book with the original info in it, I highly recommend Mary Ann Crenshaw’s “The Natural Guide to Super Beauty” which sold over a million copies in the 70’s and you can still buy here on Amazon. Ms. Crenshaw recently passed away at the age of 89 with hardly a wrinkle. Anyway, hope that helps someone.

A Vital Ingredient for Homemade Bread

Using lecithin in homemade bread extends the freshness by acting as an emulsifier between the water and oil or butter molecules. Simply measure your water called for in the recipe. In a small cup measure out 3-4% of the flour weight in lecithin granules. Take a couple table spoons of the measured water and mix it in the granules to saturate them all. Wait about 20 minutes and you are ready to add this to your recipe and start baking. You can even mix it the night before. Store in a dry area because it absorbs moisture from the air and cakes but it is still good to use.
