I accidentally got pregnant one time I was using these. This was about 6 months into me using these consistently. My hair grows rapidly but I think that’s because PCOS is a bit of a headache. My period regulate way better now and the dosage last me for almost two months because I take it every other day now. If u don’t like capsules this isn’t for you. I don’t notice any skin benefits but I don’t really care about that. Great and easy to use overall.
