My doctor recommended this and alpha lipoic acid for my diabetic nerve pain in my legs when I went off gabapentin. It’s worked great in combination for me.

Not the best price for the amount of product you’re receiving, but it does contain a lot of vitamins. Works well for my needs!

Have use the NOW brand for years and it works well for us.
Have used NOW supplements along with Piping Rock, for years and thought I’d try their B Complex as my wife uses it every day. Seems to work fine, (One thing about extra B, it is not hard to tell if you are getting a little extra). I also use their Dry E, UC II, Glycine and NAC, among other things. (The NAC is nasty as it is not coated but seems to do its job well). I like the product line, but we seem to get good results, which is what we look for.

Good ingredients bad quality control
I bought these because they seemed to have good ingredients and be soy free. The problem is that they went bad really fast, there were specs inside the pill and they made me feel sick afterwards.
