I found this diet at a health food store in California and was advised that it would speed up my metabolism, which seemed to really slow down when I turned 50. I have been taking this diet pill for almost 14 years and found a great price and free shipping on Amazon. With the cost of gas and living in the boonies, Amazon is a dream come true. I’d rather take the capsules than drink vinegar. My wife uses them also. She had a heart attack in 2012 and she hates taking statins because of all the side effects so she stopped taking them and she started using these when she felt a pain in her chest. It went away and she has been taking them at bedtime for quite a while and hasn’t had anymore pains. She used these and garlic caplets several years ago whenever her face would get a numbing feeling and was impressed with how they helped, but stopped taking them.

I initially found these by accident in mid-April at GNC after going there looking for Braggs ACV. They didn’t have it, so the salesperson suggested this. It wasn’t what I was looking for, either, as it is an ACV ‘Diet Formula’ and that wasn’t my intended purpose – I was looking for relief from ongoing digestive issues. All I can say is WOW! Not only do they help with my digestive issues (I take 2 with each meal) … but the MOST astounding unintended consequence was that I started losing weight. And I DO NOT DIET. I admittedly still have occasional digestive issues that restrict what I am willing to eat (for fear of it doing a number on my stomach), but I generally eat whatever I want. I weigh myself once a week and am down anywhere from a half-pound to 3 or 4 lbs consistently each week. I’m on my 2nd bottle now and will NOT be without these or allow myself to run out! I take 2 after breakfast and 2 after lunch. I drink a minimum of 90 ounces of water daily. It has been about 3 weeks since I started to use. Lost the excess water bloat weight in the first 5 days. Good product if you’re unable to tolerate drinking apple cider vinegar. It was very useful for the purpose I had in mind and easy to take. I can’t swallow very large pills, so I appreciate the size of these tablets.
