Insane effects and aroma
I bought this to test my theory that my diligent use of sunblock was protecting my skin from UV exposure, but also depriving me of vitamin D. I was particularly interested in my cheekbone/eye area and arms, where I had started to exhibit some small dark spots (“liver spots”) typical of middle age.The first night I applied this cream, I noticed three things. First, the cream has an extremely strong orange popsicle aroma, so strong that I immediately thought about buying another brand to use instead. The second thing is that the cream takes a much longer time to rub into the skin than anything else I’ve ever used, except for thick zinc oxide sunblock. It’s almost like the ingredients in this cream don’t want to mix completely. It goes on streaky and then you have to rub it into your skin. Just takes more time. The third thing was how insane my skin felt after applying it. The first time was right before bed, and I spread it on my forearms just to test for any negative reactions. Check it out: after I got into bed, I couldn’t sleep! The skin on my arms felt… alive. Not in a bad way, just totally energized and awake. In fact it kept me awake for about half an hour. No allergic reactions or anything the next morning, and in fact my skin looked pretty good. I then applied the stuff to my face and arms for the next couple of months, and the “alive” feeling gradually went away. The smell and streakiness during application – those were still noticeable. After six weeks I seemed to notice that the liver spots on around my cheekbones had lightened a bit. This could just be due to my skin being better moisturized. The overpowering aroma ultimately pushed me to try another high-strength vitamin D topical, this time an alcohol-based gel. I’ve been using that for about two weeks. I think the liver spots may be returning to their previous intensity, so I may go back to this product. What I would really like is if this company would release a line of less strongly-scented products!

Works great on wart I had on the palm of my hand. Acne didn’t like it- caused a flare up on my face
I’ve had a stubborn wart on the inside of my thumb for over a year. I initially dug it out, but it grew back. NO, there is no “seed”. You can not “dig it out” enough (for most people) because you’re not getting to the virus that causes it. (I asked the doc what causes it & then explained I always wash my hands & keep sanitizer on me & she said when you use sanitizer it dries it out & leaves little cracks where the virus can cause an issue. MY OWN SUGGESTION is if you’re going to use hand sanitizer then get one with aloe to make sure you also stay moisturized.)I had it frozen at the dermatologist 3 or 4 times, but nothing changed at all. I have poked at it afterward, but not as far as b4 especially w/my Mom’s voice echoing how I should stop b4 I give myself nerve damage… I’ve tried bee venom w/the typical acid that’s used, the acid on it’s own with a little dropper, & the bandaids that come pre-prepared. None of it worked or if it shrunk it a little it went right back to it.I got desperate one night & bought surgical scissors, but my scissors that came in a nail cutting kit was sharper (if you can view someone’s review history then you’ll find it.) I didn’t bother to return them. I just kept them as a backup pair. As for the wart that I cut the top off it came back RAPIDLY & PAINFULLY & even bigger than it ever was before.I was really desperate & started googling what supplements I can use since freezing didn’t work & the other ways didn’t work either then I ran across a reddit post. Several people had good luck with vitamin D & others mentioned Apple Cider Vinegar on a bandaid over night. I already had ACV, but I wanted to try the Vitamin D, too. I ordered this Vit D-3 cream & switched off back & forth between that & ACV (but only twice w/ACV cuz it does have a burning sensation on the wart, but on my surrounding skin it was no issue.) I only used the Vit D for 3 days then my wart was peeling up at the ends, so I peeled it up & there was no divot in my skin. It looked like I have never had one! No more pain, no more embarassment, no more double wrapping my hand when I wipe to make sure I don’t spread it anywhere else!So if you’re having stubborn wart(s) then try this method, cuz it worked for me!(It also said on the same board that Vit D & Apple Cider Vinegar can also work on skin tags. I haven’t tried that out, cuz I don’t have them or know anyone who currently does.)

It HEALS and protects! Love this lotion!
I have battled dry, cracked hands for over 50 years and have tried EVERYTHING! This is the only lotion that actually HEALS my hands and feet without feeling greasy. I only apply a very thin coat at night and by morning my hands are buttery smooth. No need to reapply during the day unless I’m doing a lot of dishes. It penetrates, heals, and has a nice soft scent. LOVE THIS STUFF! So glad I finally found something that WORKS!

Great for inverse psoriasis!
Excellent product for inverse psoriasis. After 10 years of trying different steroids, meds, lotions, supplements, lots of home remedies…nothing worked. After using this amazing product for 3 days, my skin cleared up. No itching, redness, dryness, scaly skin. Amazing!

Great affordable extra option for Vit D
I really like this vitamin D lotion, but then I started getting a rash on my left elbow above and below the crease and couldn’t figure out why and I assumed it was this lotion, so I tossed it. Then I found out it was from our dog, so I just re-ordered. I’m hardly ever outdoors and it’s a great way to get some extra vitamin D (in addition to supplements D3/K2) and I plan to keep using it.

Well-tilerated by my benzo m-harmed
I got this because i have a hard time physically tolerating oral vitamin d supplements. Ive been much more able to tolerate this topical form of supplementation (and it smells nice and citrusy to boot)

effective lotion
This does seem to reduce the itching and flaking associated with psoriasis. I did repurchase this multiple times for my plaque psoriasis. It is not a cure but helps with the symptoms.

Seborrheic keratosis
I have Seborrheic keratosis on my arm, dermatologist diagnosed. Was getting much more noticeable the last year (middle age) I had read that vitamin d-3 may help. Dermatologist didn’t even mention it. Applied a small amount daily. Almost exactly a month later I noticed it seemed to be diminishing. Now about 2 months in, I can definitely say it has significantly reduced it. Still there but definitely not as noticeable.
