good quality vitamin supplement
I started taking this a couple years ago, on the advice of my chiropractor, for my osteoporosis. I was unable to find this brand in the pharmacy and so far I think it’s helping. Doing my research, this seemed to be the best brand.

Fabulous supplement
I had no idea of the importance of Vitamin K-2 until some friends told me of all the benefits one could experience by taking this supplement. I have been taking this supplement for over 2 years and am enjoying the results. Studies show a higher Vitamin K2 intake improves bone density and reduces the risk of bone fractures. This is very important to me as I age especially as a woman. I was also attracted to this supplement because of its benefits on heart health. Vitamin K-2 has been shown to help activate a protein that helps prevent calcium from depositing in your arteries. Calcium deposits contribute to the development of plaque, so vitamin K does a lot of good for your heart health. Great price in addition to the wonderful benefits it provides.

Good quality product but inferior delivery by USPS
The items are just fine. I love that this supplement does not have a bunch of garbage for fillers. What annoys me is our mailbox is way out on the road and the USPS stuffed this in our mailbox on a Sunday. Who looks in their mailbox on Sunday?? I had been looking on our front porch all evening. I’ll be darned if I’m going to walk all the way down the lane out to the road at 10:45 in the pitch dark. From now on, I will make sure I get this supplement from a vendor that delivers by Amazon.

Excellent product, Use 2-3 Times a Week and Eat Properly
First of all, food supplement take time to have the effect on the body that is described in the advertisement. However, the information provided was quite accurate.I am not a vitamin gobbler. I take a set of them from Liposomal , to coral calcium, fish oil, MVI, CoQ10, and others on the average of twice a week. As a research RN I do not want to replace the body functions of absorbing vitamins and minerals from the food I eat at my 80 years of youth, just give the body a slight boost in case. This way I have been able to actually keep my 3 cardiac meds to the lowest doses, stop taking statins completely, and with continued daily exercising, like 2+ mile walks a day at a good pace, treadmill walks and medium weight lifting/curls, a diet consisting of only two meals a day, and managing sugar intake with more quality snacks like mixed nuts, etc.I have had no problems with this product at the low dosage. Since I take supplements to replace “chemical” medications, I am wary of over dosing and wasting good money. The vitamin content is quite adequate, per the pharmacological literature I have read. The capsules are small, easy to swallow.

High dose D3? Get K2 also!
I take high dose vitamin D3. If you take high dose vitamin D3 you should take this with it. In a YouTube video I watched they describe K2 like being a traffic cop and directing the D3 where to go in the body. Allegedly otherwise the high dose D3 can build up and cause stiff neck or joints or something. It’s cheap and living in the Midwest I need a D supplement in the cold months so I buy this with it.If you swallow pills that are oblong these won’t be a problem. They aren’t tiny but also aren’t huge.Do I notice anything? No. Does the high dose D3 cause any issues……no. So it must be working. I do blood tests so I know the D3 is getting absorbed at least.Cheap insurance I figure. Vitamins often work together and this is often recommended with D3 supplements.

Trustworthy company, important supplement for bone health.
Most multivitamins, including the nice gummy ones I usually buy, don’t include K-2, but they should as it complements vitamin D in the metabolism of calcium. This helps to prevent bone loss and keeps bones strong. Each vitamin makes the other one more effective. NOW is a reputable company and I trust their supplements, generally.

Make your veins elastic
K2 is good for your veins. Make them more elastic goes well with vitamin D. Next time, I’ll buy it with the combination instead of just one item good product easy to swallow small
