Don’t be misled by the IU count, this is quality mixed tocopherols, but in a plastic bottle
This is a mixed tocopherol oil. That is the highest quality vitamin E that you can buy.The breakdown on the label is as follows:d-alpha 58mgd-beta 9mgd-delta 127mgd-gamma 316mgThe beta, delta and gamma are all important fractions of the vitamin E complex. This is, by my calculation, about an 88% mixed tocopherol with a quite high d-gamma percentage. This is good, this is what you’re looking for. If you break down the total mg per serving then the total IU for this 4oz bottle is about 73,000 IU.It is all in an extra virgin olive oil base so you would not expect this particular oil to absorb into your skin quickly. In my experience olive oil will absorb into the skin but it takes a while — you have to be patient. Also, olive oil may not be the best choice for your face if you tend toward breakouts.Note, this comes in a plastic bottle. Recycle code #1 or PETE which may tend to leech chemicals into the oil over time.

Rancid Tasting Vitamin E Oil
I purchased this vegan vitamin E supplement expecting a high-quality product, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I tried it, I noticed that it tasted exactly like fish oil. The taste was so strong and unpleasant that I actually had to stop and double-check the label to make sure I had purchased a vegan product and not a fish-based supplement by mistake.Because the taste seemed so unusual, I spent some time researching what vitamin E oil is supposed to taste like. During my research, I learned that a strong fishy taste or smell can sometimes indicate that the oil has become rancid or oxidized. While I understand that some vitamin E products may have a distinct flavor, this product’s taste was overwhelmingly unpleasant and raised serious concerns about its quality.What makes this even more frustrating is that the product is still well within its expiration date. I expected a fresh, high-quality supplement, especially since it is marketed as vegan. Unfortunately, due to the terrible taste and concerns about freshness, I do not feel comfortable continuing to use this product.

We feed our dogs BARF model and this is amazing for them. Beautiful coats and healthy skin! Be very careful with the amounts. It’s high potency and a quality product. Store in a cool dark place.
