I bought this complete omega 3-6-9 for my husband a last month. his brain function has improved considerably. He use to have worries, being anxious, anxiety issues and loss of apitite. Now all that has subsided and he is slowly gaining weight back. Omega 3-6-9 in combined with vitamin ‘E’, Vitamin ‘C’, and ‘B’ Complex. they are all liquid form so nutrients are absorbed quickly. Seems more economical and practical then buying fish oil en-encapsulated in gelatin. And the flavor is totally OK.
