I have been taking this for a few days, I would say it does help with mood, however I am likely ADHD and low on seratonin, norepi, and dopamine. So these ingredients are what I was searching for.I love it so far and will keep taking them.We will see if there is any improvement in ADHD symptoms as well, this will take more time.

Didn’t seem to work for me.
I had no negative side effects from this product, but I did not have any positive outcomes from trying this product. Your mileage may vary, of course.I also question the origin of this product. The Amazon listing states “US” as the county of origin, but some of the wording is a little suspicious. If you search for the manufacturer, you will find a web site with no contact information, and the terms list “Canada” as the governing law in the terms and conditions.

Great product. I have trouble sleeping at night. I take this a few hours before I’m ready to go to bed. It relaxes me and helps me sleep much better.

I work nights and take this with a light dose of melatonin and get a great night’s sleep (about 6 hours).I’ve went to bed without it and have noticed the difference.
