I tried this NMNH supplement for a few weeks to see how it compared to others that I have tried before. The capsules have a pretty regular size, are smooth, and easy to take, and the bottle lists all the ingredients clearly, which I appreciate.However, I did not notice anything different while I was taking them, but it was fine overall and gentle on my stomach.
