Less fog, no bad aftertaste
I’m just starting on the supplement journey and in my mid 40s. I appreciate that these were third party tested and arrived sealed on the outer and inner. They don’t have a bad aftertaste, they’re easy to swallow and I have seen no side effects as of date. It’s been 5 weeks that I’ve been taking them, I do notice a jump in my energy and a little less fuzz in my brain day over day. The price is fair and reflects the fair market value in my opinion!

“NMN: The Science Says Yes, My Experience Says ‘Meh.’”
I like these. They are easy to swallow and didn’t cause any stomach issues for me. I didn’t notice any difference when taking them, but that’s normal with supplements. One question I do have is the difference in formulas between this NMN supplement and another I’ve tried. This one contains NMN made from beta-nicotinamide mononucleotide. Another product I tried contains Nicotinamide Riboside Hydrogen Malate. I realize that there is a debate on which form is better than the other. Perhaps it depends on the person. Personally, I did notice a difference when I switched to the second form of NMN. There was a brief “lift” that felt more cerebral than physical and lasted only a short while. Even the second form didn’t seem to “give” any additional long-term energy or anything I’d call a boost. But this is the nature of taking supplements in general. Thus the name, “supplement” – or “in addition to”. I’m not saying they don’t work or are a waste of money. Again, we’re working with substances that operate on cellular functions. And considering all the issues and diseases that begin in the cells, why not (try to) provide them with substances that could help? I also think it’s important to mention that while trying these, I was not engaged in any form of exercise, and this could make a difference for you as well. If you try them, search for differences in their formulas or see if any studies have been done on either in the online database PubMed.
