Will take some time to know how effective it is
I just bought this, so I cant say how it compares yet. I will give the company 5 stars for a full bottle, a good price and what appears to be a quality product. I will come back and report after a month. I have already been taking another brand. The thing is, I see a lot of negative reviews on PEA just because it doesnt work in 3 days. This is not a pain reliever like ibuprofen, it reduces inflammation over time and it can take a long time to notice any difference. I can take a few months. If the reviewer has not taken this or any other PEA product for several months, then they cant say it did or didnt work for them. I also have heard people say they didnt know it was working until they stopped taking it. Natural products dont work like drugs because they are not drugs, but that doesnt mean they dont work at all.

Neurogan Ultra-Micronized PEA Supplement is Pure, Potent and Probably the Best Available
I gave this a five star because this is definitely a pure, potent product backed by COA’s on Neurogan’s website and they are a solid, reputable company with good research behind their products. In fact, this Ultra-Micronized version of PEA – Palmitoylethanolamide is so good that I actually have to get a less effective one. I have a sensitive system with MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Synfrome) and several autoimmunes. As such, often products that are Ultra-Micronized are created to release into the system with a bit more gusto (similar to liposomal). This is great for “normal folks” lol, but my faulty system can’t handle the good stuff!! :(. I can truly tell from the smaller dose I took out of the capsule that it does work. Remember that PEA is an endocannabinoid supplement that works with your system and you need to give it time to get full benefits. Starting with a lower dose and slow is often the best. I wish I could take it, but I can only handle about 100mg and the capsules are 500mg. Hopefully, as I adapt with a less potent product, I can add this back. I really believe it is the best on the market!

Didn’t have any effect on my issue
It came as described. I have no basis on average price of this supplement, but for my condition it did not provide any benefit, and it is quite expensive. Make sure you really need it if you can.

Micronized for increased absorption
I originally ordered this product after researching the benefits of PEA for joint pain for my senior dog. I discovered that ultramicronized PEA is the best for absorption and this product was the best price for the dosage. I really think it helped my dog, however, he passed away in February and I think the grief of losing him really exacerbated my own joint pain, so I started taking 500 mg twice a day. My pain has gone from an 8/9 to about a 3! So I think it’s working! I’m going to continue taking it.

Bad experience with this supplement
I don’t leave many reviews, but I had to with this product. When I took the lid off the new bottle, the inner security seal popped off. That should never happen. I didn’t know whether the pills had been exposed to air or not. I also noticed that the bottle didn’t have a Desiccant pac. That isn’t a deal breaker, but it is a red flag. Then I called customer service, and that was adventure as well. Find it supplement company that respects its customers.
