    MANY broken and half filled capsules insideMANY broken and half filled capsules inside

    It’s been a great product for years, but the quality has really declined with the last three bottles I received. Each one has had at least 1–2 broken capsules, and several more (around 3–6 per bottle) are only half-filled. There’s also a noticeable amount of loose powder inside, clearly from the damaged capsules. The bottles arrive sealed and intact, so the issue seems to be during manufacturing. Disappointed to see such a drop in quality after years of consistency—what’s going on?
