Seriously. READ THE REVIEWS. All of them. Based on what I read, I thought I was prepared. Some of the reviews are so hilarious, I had to share with family–but beware: this stuff is NO. JOKE. I took !ONE! capsule on a Friday afternoon, and I was then awake from 2 AM on with gurglings, rumblings, cramps–seriously, it felt like a den of angry vipers in there. I wouldn’t advise taking these if you have to be away from your, um, home base the next day. And for the love of god, START WITH ONE. Some reviewers are like, I take them a few times a day, or a few times a week–O MY GAWD. You have to be impressed with what such minute amounts of seemingly innocuous natural herbs can do to ones gastrointestinal system.Did I feel cleansed afterwards? (And by afterwards, I mean days later, as the effects are–shall we say–lingering.) I mean, I guess so? I had diarrhea somethin’ powerful, so I’d have to assume these herbs “cleansed” my digestive tract to a certain extent. More so than your everyday, over-the-counter laxatives? Probably not. To this end, I think they were a little pricey for what they did.Should I be concerned now, though, because the product is currently unavailable? (With the caveat “We don’t know when or if this item will be back in stock.”)

Effective, Predictable, and Yes… the Flatulence Is Real

I’ve been taking these colon tablets since 2023, so this is based on long-term, real use. I dig it when a product works over and over again. This brand and product is more than effective. I know the quality and balance of ingredients is excellent because this is a bimonthly purchase in my home.You know when you see folks with those pregnant looking stomachs (men or women). I’m certain if they took these that the build up will be expelling. Also, it clears out new and old fecal matter which is why one can feel the effects of release of bloating from the insides.When I restart, I take two tablets for three days to get things moving. After that, my maintenance routine is one tablet daily, usually around 7:00 PM. If I take it at night, my body reliably releases by about 5:00 AM. If I take it in the morning (around 7:00 AM), release happens closer to 1:30 PM. Once you learn your timing, it’s very predictable.I chose this product because it’s financially reasonable to use long term. I rotate between this and the same brand fiber cleanse depending on their supply, but this one stays in my rotation.Now let’s talk about what people don’t say:1. You will get stomach rumbling and farting. Once the flatulence occurs, I know I have about 20 minutes before I need to be near a toilet. And the flatulence smell? It’s lingering and deadly. Look innocent if you’re around people. Trust me.2. Don’t try to outwait the flatulence, that is the first sign of danger Will Roger.3. Even after the first release, I stay close to a bathroom for about an hour because sometimes the intestines are still clearing out junk, especially if I’ve had more fluids or movement than usual.Helpful tips from experience:*Carry poop freshener. Be respectful to yourself and others.*Do not take this the night before a flight.* If you eat meat, take it after the meal with a full glass of water.*If you’re a veggie eater, don’t panic, it will unload the vegetables.*If bread causes bloating, one tablet helps prevent that.*The ingredients are some nasty a$$ stuff, just swallow the capsule and keep it moving.*Always take 1-2 nightly on a cruise ship. You’re eating more often than your gut is used to.* I haven’t lost weight (not my goal), but I absolutely lose the bloat after releasing.*If you take it regularly, you will know how many you need. But don’t start with more than two unless you know your toilet destinations.I won’t say it is gentle. I won’t say it is not gentle. I would say depending on what I have eaten depends on the level of pressure intestinal release. If you want something that works, is affordable long term, and you’re okay with the process, including the flatulence, this does exactly what it’s supposed to do. And if you want lifetime benefits, change your entire nutritional plan and fitness routine.P.S. When I take one daily the release is within 4-6 hours. If I am intermittent with the capsules, it could be up to 12 hours.

I’m a 6”3, 250 lb. man who recently started a GLP-1. Only side effect is severe constipation. I don’t like the harsh chemical laxatives and opted for this product instead. I can’t believe the reviews of people taking multiple of these. I realize everyone’s body is different, but one of these causes a blitzkrieg in my gut. Being a big guy, I’m usually trending towards higher doses of supplements. It works as intended I feel less bloated. I do experience some minor cramping, but nothing unexpected. Trust me, start with ONE. I need to clear my schedule and stay near home base. Once the cleanse is finished, I feel better – “lighter almost.
