After reading “Niacin The Real Story”, I started experimenting with different brands and doses, first the no-flush kind and then the full flush.I think the end results are better with the full flush, and taking it 2 or 3 times a day has a better outcome than once a day. I’ve hit my sweet spot at about 150mg, so I break 1 tablet in half as my additional 50mg. These tablets are easy to score even with my dull knives.Nature’s Best is definitely the best I’ve found, after trying 4 or 5 different ones.You ABSOLUTELY want to start out slow with low dosage for full flush and take baby steps. I recommended this brand to a friend and told her to start with just a fraction of 100mg. Break one of these 100mg tablets into the equivalent of 10mg and see what reaction you get, then work your way up in dosage until you hit your sweet spot.Some of the game changing health benefits I’ve seen:- My eyes feel much more rested with fewer floaters. Huge difference.- Better mood. I use to dwell on negativity and now hardly ever do so- My hair use to fall out to the point of panic, now I see about 1/10 the amount of hair in the drain. Its also incredibly thicker and healthier feeling, instead of thin and weak looking (I’m 56). Even my hair stylists have noticed a change without me saying anything. MASSIVE difference.- More energy consistently throughout the day- Feel I have better immunity from sickness, colds, etc.Very happy with this brand and so glad its inexpensive too. Hope they never stop making it!

Overall fine, but missing safety feature
It does result in flush, 200-300mg (2-3) tablets for myself. However, there’s no child safety lock top. I view that as a problem for something that may cause liver failure in high concentrations

I got this for my partner’s cholesterol issues. Everything seemed to be up to par, but just know that some people cannot take Niacin. He had a reaction and it made him feel like his veins were constricting.
