Helpful For Many Things!
I was a bit surprised to actually see this supplement do something. I know it can vary from person to person, but I did some reading up on it prior to taking it. It did help me with the following problems in no particular order: most skin conditions; urinary urgency; overactive bladder; constipation; weight gain; swelling; lymphedema. It seemed to regulate the GI system, settle the GU tract, was a miracle on getting the skin to thinking it was 25 years younger, but it also had its down side. Too much of the supplement I found I was living in the bathroom because it is provides too much fiber for the GI system and you are cramping up for hours. Easy fix though and just cut back a pill a day. I was taking 1 pill 3 times a day, but now take 1 – 2 pills a day depending on my needs (I take breaks off the supplement since long-term use is not recommended). It varies and every one is different; it depends on the day and how I feel.Please vote if you found this helpful.

Magic elixir for glamour nails
This stuff is like a freaking magic elixir. I have NEVER had my nails grow this long, and hard before. AND….I KNOW it was this product because last year I was using it, and got those results. Then at some point I ran out. And, pretty soon…my nails were back to the useless, ugly, easily cracked nails they were before. When I finally made the connection (realizing that I had stopped taking it at some point because it ran out) I ordered some more. But it was another brand because it was just the first one that I checked out. And, it was a more expensive brand as well. Well it wasn’t bad, and certainly helped somewhat, but then I ordered some more of this brand, and “POOF”… Glamour nails are BACK! Results won’t be immediate, but keep taking it, and all of the sudden you will look at your nails, and be so surprised!! Buy it, you won’t be sorry!

No sleep for me
I took this for about 2 weeks for thinning hair. By the second week I was hardly sleeping, feeling super dehydrated, cramping legs and waking up multiple times a night to pee. I was only taking 1 pill every morning, but feel SO much better now that I stopped it. Didn’t take it long enough to notice hair growth but definitely not worth it for me.

Worth every bit of the money and so much more! First of all WOW! I apologize for the ugly hair style but i have been cornrowing my own hair and wearing wigs or extensions. But i just wanted to show the hair growth i experienced i will post another pic with my hair done later on🙂 i have been suffering from hair loss for like 6 years now. My scalp was very red and irritated and painful. I decided to look into herbs that stimulated the scalp for hair growth. I found Silica and horsetail combined was the answer. I purchased this product along with Silica and within months my hair started growing back and all the pain is gone. I still don’t know what caused the hair loss…maybe stress but what i do know is these pics are proof its working! Thank you so much for this product!
