It works
I had heard for years about the benefits of taking a probiotic but was resistant to taking one. In middle age I needed something to regulate my digestive tract. There is a less-expensive option that is not as strong (30 billion instead of 50), but I have found tge extra strength to be more effective. This product is worth the money.

The very first thing I do every single morning is rinse my mouth and take this probiotic. It’s a non-negotiable part of my daily routine! Honestly, as you get older, you really start to need that extra gut support. I recently had a colonoscopy and they found absolutely zero polyps, and I’m convinced this has a lot to do with it.
