This a very good quility product.
I purchased this for my husband for hair growth. And I must say it has done wonders to his regrow hair in key places and much more. Regular vitimins only allow 11% or less zinc in there products. If you need just a little bit more zinc this is the item to purchase.

Been using these for years and hardly ever catch a cold that I can remember. Also, this is the only zinc tabs I’ve ever found, and do not leave a horrible taste in your mouth.

I’m very happy. All of the pills were int eh bottle, I counted due to other reviews. They don’t seem too crumbly at all. They seem fresh and dont make me vomit. Ive tried a 50mg one and I got sick. This is perfect. I’m looking to add a tad of zinc for hair growth. I can’t taste the lemon because I swallow it whole, having the option to chew is nice.

Es fabuloso mi hija me lo recomendó y mis uñas empezaron a crecer fuertes y se fueron las estrías también en mis uñas que se escañaban apenas creciendo y ya están y se ven fuertes y sanas.
