    As described.

    Just switch to this when my preferred vitamin pack became unavailable. My doctor agreed that it has a good combination of ingredients and dosages for a male in his late 60s with diabetes. At his recommendation I am combining it with Omega 3 and Calcium supplements..

    These pills have me feeling great. However these pills are HUGE and they have that gross “vitamin smell”. Wouldn’t recommend taking them unless you’re an expert at taking pills or plan to crush them up or something.
