Looks Great, But Not Compatible with My Oncology Meds
I ordered Alive! Beauty because, after chemotherapy, I’ve noticed changes in my skin and I’m hoping to support healthy hair regrowth. The supplement sounded promising, and I didn’t think to double‑check the ingredients until it arrived.When I mentioned it to my sister, who is a retired RN, she suggested that I run it past my oncology team before starting it. I’m very glad she did. I’m currently taking Anastrozole, a hormone therapy used after breast cancer treatment. It lowers estrogen levels in the body, which helps reduce the chance of recurrence — but it also means I have to be extremely careful with supplements that can act on estrogen pathways.Alive! Beauty contains resveratrol, which is printed prominently on the front of the bottle. Resveratrol is a popular ingredient in beauty supplements, but it’s not recommended for people on hormone‑related cancer medications, including aromatase inhibitors like Anastrozole. Because of that, I wasn’t able to take this product at all.I can’t speak to its effectiveness, but I do want to highlight this ingredient for anyone else in cancer recovery or on hormone therapy who might be considering it. Always check with your medical team before adding supplements — even ones that seem harmless.I wish I could have tried it, but it simply isn’t compatible with my treatment.

Good Price, Great Ingredients
I am in no way claiming this to be a miracle capsule, but it is full of all the things I look for in a supplement. The ad states that you can see results in 12 weeks, but a bottle only gives you 30 days worth, so it would be false advertising if I said I could already see a difference. However, the capsules do go down easily even though they are rather large, no larger than most capsule products. There is no after taste, and I have had no side effects whatsoever. I have used Nature’s Way products in the past, so fully trust them as a supplier of supplements. There have been various studies to the benefits of taking Hyaluronic Acid , many which are not mentioned in this ad (I am specifically interested in seeing if it helps with joint discomfort). I liked all the ingredients on the label, and I am happy with this product so far.

The chewable are different, I still prefer gummies
I have taken hair, skin, and nail supplements before but never in chewable form, but i love these. These contain biotin, among other healthful ingredients. So many people rave about the benefits of biotin and how it makes your hair and nails specifically grow, and this is especially important to me as I wash dishes and have my hands in water often, so I wanted to try it out. These are such an asset to already have in rotation for when I take pills that benefit me especially as I age. Overall a great quality product by a trusted and reliable brand

A bit of a strong smell but works well
The vitamins smell very much like B vitamins. The size is nice though compared to larger capsules. They are easy to swallow. They are decent value under $30 (as of this writing). Women’s specialized vitamins are usually ready expensive. I didn’t have stomach issues. I feel like my hair did look shinier and fuller. The ingredients are quality certified by manufacturer.

This Nature’s Way Alive! Beauty formula supports hair growth and fine lines! I have noticed my nails are longer than they have ever been in my life. Strong and getting long. There is no taste in the capsules. You take one a day and this bottle is a 30 ct. It is very effective!! It has biotin, collagen, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. I have taken a lot of biotin and never seen the results with my nails. It has been about 4 weeks taking this. Hair definitely feel thicker and not breaking as much.
